I'm BETHANY and I started Incipe Insight out of frustration around the fact that this type of strategy work is typically inaccessible to impact-driven companies that prioritize purpose just as much as they do profit.
Over the years, I've garnered a vast network of talented professionals. If an element of our work together calls for a specialist, my team has you covered.
"Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go
do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive."

Bethany helps organizations leverage what they’re good at, extract the best ideas, and strategize creative and effective execution. She is an Innovation Consultant for PepsiCo, the Founder of Paint the World, and an Inaugural Resident at TED headquarters.
Her passion project - Paint the World - is a project dedicated to inspiring and enabling creative expression through collaborative experience by securing large blank canvas installations in underserved communities that would otherwise have little or no access to these tools. Bethany deeply believes that if access to tools and opportunity to embrace creativity were ubiquitous, more of the world would be empowered to further social progress, and solutions to our greatest challenges would move forward like wildfire.
She has most recently directed the onsite operations of THINK Global School, the world’s first and only traveling high school, to empower the next generation of leaders through travel and cultural immersion. Before that, Bethany worked at one of America’s most-esteemed therapeutic communities for addiction rehabilitation in Tucson, Arizona, directing various projects that harnessed the Native American communities’ entrepreneurial potential. Bethany has also worked with the Thai Royal Family’s Foundation on integrating a financial literacy curriculum in rural high schools, on entrepreneurial youth empowerment with Ashoka and Do Something, and on coordinating a social impact incubator for University of Pennsylvania current students and alum.
Bethany received her B.A. from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, concentrating in Sustainable Development, Entrepreneurship and Global Initiative (and conducting research on the creative process) and her M.S.Ed. in Education Entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania.
